Andrew Covington, P.E. and Jay Estes, AICP of AllenES presented on Risk Management Plans, Risk and Resilience Assessments, and Emergency Response Plans at the Mississippi Rural Water Association’s Fall Training Event on Thursday, October 7, 2021.  The training was attended by rural water system operators and board members from across Mississippi.
