Travis Beard of AllenES attended a Gulf Coast Regional Policy Forum on the Cost and Process of Wetlands Permitting following the 2023 Supreme Court ruling on Sackett vs the EPA. The keynote presentation was made by Dylan Hendrix- Chief of the South MS Branch of the USACE. A regulatory panel discussion followed, panelists included Chris Wells -Executive Director of MDEQ, Joe Spraggins- Executive Director of DMR, and Jennifer Wittman- Director of Coastal Resources Management Office of DMR.
