Tagging Black Bears in the MS Delta

Brad Young, Certified Biologist and Principal Scientist with AllenES, is currently assisting the MS Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks with tagging black bears in the Mississippi Delta.   Captured bears are measured, tagged, and fitted with satellite uplink collars that provide information on home ranges and habitat usage for this state-endangered species.
