CRI Workshop in Foley, AL
Jay C. Estes, AICP from AllenES and Dr. Tracie Sempier from the Mississippi Alabama Sea Grant Consortium co-facilitated the Coastal Resilience Index (CRI) in the City of Foley, Alabama on July 19. The CRI is a self-assessment tool designed to help communities determine their level of resilience to natural hazards and to predict how well their community will function after a disaster.
